T. Valley To Host Final 2 Sessions Of 'QPR For Suicide Prevention'

Tippecanoe Valley Middle School will host “QPR for Suicide Prevention” from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. The following day, Thursday, Akron Elementary School will host an identical training session, also from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
QPR stands for “question, persuade and refer” – three steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide.
The training sessions will be conducted by Huntter Randall, crisis team intervention coordinator for the Bowen Center for Human Services. Randall is a highly skilled trainer who brings a background of applicable experiences to his training sessions.
Those interested in attending need only report to the main office of the school a few minutes prior to the start of the training session.[[In-content Ad]]
