Editor, Times-Union:
This is an open letter to our Congressional Representatives and Senators protesting an attack of Syria and taking sides in a sectarian conflict. The gassing of civilians, including children, is horrifying. It should be addressed as war crimes in an international forum.
America does not need yet another war where taking sides in a civil war could lead to a host of unintended consequences.
I hope those who share this view will personally contact their Senators and Representatives.
