WINONA LAKE - SYM Financial Advisors recently announced that Fred Helfrich, Seth Whicker and Crystal Creekmore have joined the ownership group.

Helfrich, vice president and senior financial advisor, has been with SYM for more than 25 years utilizing his expertise to guide clients through the varied aspects of their wealth management and financial planning needs.

Helfrich holds a CFP® from the College of Financial Planning and earned his bachelor's degree from Hanover College.

Whicker, vice president and senior financial advisor, brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial services.

He has earned a master's degree in financial analysis in addition to the Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP®), and received a bachelor's degree in finance from Ball State University.

Whicker has worked for Charles Schwab, Edward Jones, and he spent eight years as a principal for a fee-only independent financial advisory firm in Fort Wayne.

Creekmore, vice president - operations, is responsible for guiding SYM's operational initiatives as well as managing the service team.

Creekmore received her Registered Paraplanner (RP®) designation from the College for Financial Planning and earned her bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University.
