Donald and Paula Sweatland marked their 50th wedding anniversary Feb. 15. Donald Sweatland, Camden, N.Y., and Paula Bendel, Fort Wayne, were married Feb. 15, 1958, at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, Fort Wayne, with the Rev. William D. Shields officiating.

Thet have four children: Judi (and spouse Doug) Pownall; Jeff (and spouse Linda) Sweatland; Jennifer (and spouse Kent) Stouder; and Jay (and spouse Lisa) Sweatland. They have nine grandchildren.

The couple celebrated the anniversary with a family luncheon at the Boathouse Restaurant, Winona Lake, which be followed by a family reunion celebration this summer at Walt Disney World.[[In-content Ad]]
