Page To Spend Year In Jail

James Lee Page, 25, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to two years in prison for forgery, a Class C felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling six days.

The prison sentence is suspended and he is ordered to serve one year in Kosciusko County Jail and one year on probation. As part of his probation, he must pay a $100 initial, $100 administrative and $20 monthly probation user's fees.

He also must pay restitution, participate in family planning counseling and participate in any other counseling as recommended by the probation officer.

The court will consider sentence modification if he obtains his GED while in the Kosciusko County Jail. He also must pay court costs.

Craig Sentenced

Todd A. Craig, 44, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to two years in prison for aiding, inducing or causing a robbery, a Class C felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling 134 days.

The prison sentence is suspended and he will be placed on probation for two years.

As part of his probation, he was ordered to pay a $100 initial, $100 administrative and $20 monthly probation users fees.

He also was ordered to comply with all rules of and complete the Serenity House program.

Wood Sentenced To Prison For Neglect Of Dependent

Morgan Wood, 25, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to 1-1/2 years in prison for neglect of a dependent, a Class D felony. She will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling eight days.

The sentence for this charge and a second charge of neglect of a dependent will run concurrently.

She was ordered to pay court costs.

Theft Nets Flores A Suspended Sentence

Veronica Flores recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to 1-1/2 years in prison for theft, a Class D felony.

The sentence is suspended and she was placed on probation for one year.

As part of her probation, she was ordered to pay a $100 initial, $100 administrative and $20 monthly probation users fees. She also must participate in any counseling recommended by the probation officer, pay restitution and pay court costs.

The final six months of the sentence will be suspended pending good behavior.

Harter Sentenced To Prison,/b>

Rachel Harter, 31, recently was sentenced to four years in prison for forgery, a Class C felony.

She will receive credit for times served and good time credit totaling 34 days.

She was ordered to pay court costs and restitution.

Fancil Sentenced For Receiving Stolen Parts

Douglas W. Fancil, 36, recently was sentenced to 1-1/2 years in prison for receiving stolen auto parts, a Class D felony.

He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling two days.

He was ordered to pay court costs.

Runyon Receives Suspended Sentence For Battery With Weapon

Andrew Runyon, 18, recently was sentenced to four years in prison for battery by means of a deadly weapon, a Class C felony. He will receive good time credit and credit for time served totaling six days.

The first three years of the sentence are suspended and he was placed on probation, under standard conditions. As part of his probation, he was ordered to pay a $100 initial, $100 administrative and $20 monthly probation users fees.

He also was ordered to pay court costs, prepare a letter of apology to the victim of his act, pay restitution, enroll in and attend a minimum of one class per session at Ivy Tech, participate in any counseling recommended by his probation officer and consume no alcoholic beverages nor be present in any bar or tavern during his term of probation.

West To Spend Year In Jail

Justin Riley West, 18, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to one year in jail for receiving stolen property, a Class D felony.

He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling six days.

He was ordered to pay court costs and restitution.

Two Charges Of Auto Theft Send Dilts To Prison

Brent Dilts, 25, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to 1-1/2 years in prison for auto theft, a Class D felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling 364 days.

For a second charge of auto theft, he was sentenced to 1-1/2 years in prison, and that sentence will run consecutively with the first.

He was ordered to pay court costs.

Burglary Sends Hall To Jail

Nicholas Hall, 18, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to three years in prison for burglary, a Class C felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling six days.

He will serve the first year of incarceration in Kosciusko County Jail, and if he receives his GED during that time, the court will modify his sentence.

He was ordered to pay court costs.

Jayne Sentenced

Sean Jayne, 20, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to one year in jail for theft, a Class D felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling 24 days.

He was ordered to pay court costs.

For a second count of disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor, he was sentenced to three months in jail and was ordered to pay court costs.

Ream Sentenced For Burglary

Cody Ream, 18, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to three years in prison for burglary, a Class C felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling 272 days.

For a second count of burglary, he was ordered to serve three years in prison, and that sentence will run consecutive to the other.

He was ordered to pay court costs and restitution.

Albert Sentenced For Burglary, Theft

Justin Michael Albert, 21, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to two years in prison for burglary, a Class C felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling two days.

For a second count of theft, a Class D felony, he was sentenced to one year in prison, which will be served consecutively with the other sentence.

The prison sentence was suspended and he was ordered to spend one year in the Kosciusko County Jail.

The final two years of the sentence will be served on probation, and he was ordered to pay $100 initial, $100 administrative, and $20 probation users fees.
