Elliott Enders recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to one year in jail for theft, a Class D felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling two days.
His sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year under the standard conditions of probation.
He was ordered to pay a $100 initial, $100 administrative and $20 monthly probation users fees.
His restitution has been paid in full, and he was ordered to pay court costs and a $50 fine.
Redden Gets Suspended Sentence
Brian D. Redden, 26, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to three years in prison for burglary, a Class C felony.
He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling two days. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation under the standard conditions.
He was ordered to pay a $100 initial, $100 administrative and $20 monthly probation user's fees.
He also was ordered to participate in any counseling recommended by the probation officer; pay restitution of $571.25; and participate in family planning counseling.
Coleman Receives Sentence
Bradley Coleman recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court to two years in prison for resisting law enforcement, a Class D felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling 184 days.
The prison sentence is suspended and he was ordered to serve one year in jail and one year on standard probation on the condition that he not drive or operate a motor vehicle for one year commencing on the date that he is released from Kosciusko County Jail.
His driver's license is suspended one year, and he was ordered to pay courts costs and fees.[[In-content Ad]]
