Blake Bixler was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court I to two years in prison for burglary, a Class C felony.
He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling 280 days.
He was ordered to pay court costs.
The sentence will be suspended and he will be allowed to serve the term in the Kosciusko County Work Release Program if he is qualified and remains qualified.
Jent-Swank Receives Suspended Sentence For Theft
Shayla Jent-Swank recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court I to one year in jail for theft, a Class D felony.
She will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling four days.
She was ordered to pay court costs.
Pending good behavior, the sentence will be suspended and she will be placed on probation. As part of that probation, she was ordered to pay a $100 initial, $100 administrative and $25 probation users fees.
She also must pay restitution, enroll in and complete a GED program no later than Feb. 15, 2011.[[In-content Ad]]
