    STATE OF INDIANA: TO THE ABOVE PERSONS NAMED AS DEFENDANTS AND ANY OTHER PERSONS WHO MAY HAVE ANY INTEREST WHATSOEVER IN THIS MATTER OR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
    You are notified that the above Defendants have been sued in the Court above named by the financial institution named as Plaintiff. The nature of the suit is a Complaint on Promissory Note and Foreclosure of Mortgage against all Defendants and entry of a monetary judgment against the Defendants, Kevin E. Bell and E. Stacey Bell. This suit also specifically seeks foreclosure of Plaintiff's first mortgage lien interest as against all Defendants in the following described Real Estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
    Tract I: Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
    Commencing at a P.K. nail found at the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter, thence South 88 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds East (recorded North 88 degrees 15 minutes East), on and along the North line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 826.7 feet (recorded 825.4 feet) to a P.K. nail found on the East line of a thirty (30) foot wide private road, said P.K. nail being situated North 88 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 1752.8 feet from a railroad spike found at the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 03 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds West (recorded South 00 degrees 33 minutes East), on and along said East line, a distance of 1568.8 feet (recorded 1572.7 feet), to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker" found; thence North 66 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 4.4 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker"; thence South 25 degrees 50 minutes West (deed bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), a distance of 73.56 feet (recorded 73.75 feet) to an eye bolt found in concrete; thence North 64 degrees 42 minutes West (recorded North 64 degrees 10 minutes West), a distance of 30.0 feet to an iron pipe found at the true point of beginning; thence South 25 degrees 50 minutes West, a distance of 156.7 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker"; thence North 88 degrees 18 minutes West (recorded North 89 degrees 06 minutes West), a distance of 149.48 feet (recorded 148.8 feet) to an iron pipe found; thence North 01 degree 26 minutes West (recorded North 01 degree 45 minutes West), a distance of 294.0 feet to a wood corner post found, said wood post being situated 6.5 feet West of an iron pipe found; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 25 seconds East (recorded East), a distance of 257.80 feet (recorded 256.0 feet) to an iron pipe found, said iron pipe being situated 6 feet East of a wood post found; thence South 02 degrees 45 minutes West (recorded South), a distance of 98.60 feet (recorded 99.0 feet) to an iron pipe found; thence South 25 degrees 50 minutes West, a distance of 64.30 feet (recorded 64.5 feet) to the true point of beginning, containing 1.483 acres of land, more or less.
    Tract II: Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
    Commencing at a P.K. nail found at the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence south 88 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds East (recorded North 88 degrees 15 minutes East), on and along the North line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 826.7 feet (recorded 825.4 feet) to a P.K. nail found on the East line of a thirty (30) foot wide private road, said P.K. nail being situated North 88 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 1752.8 feet from a railroad spike found at the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 03 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds West (recorded South 00 degrees 33 minutes East), on and along said East line, a distance of 1568.8 feet (recorded 1572.7 feet), to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker" found; thence North 66 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 4.4 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker" at the true point of beginning; thence South 25 degrees 50 minutes West (deed bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), a distance of 30.0 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker"; thence South 66 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds East, it distance of 202.03 feet to a chiseled cut in an existing concrete seawall on James Lake; thence North 33 degrees 01 minute 35 seconds East, on and along said concrete seawall, a distance of 30.38 feet to the Northeast corner of said concrete seawall; thence North 66 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West (recorded North 67 degrees 20 minutes West), a distance of 205.83 feet (recorded 206.5 feet) to the true point of beginning, containing 0.140 acres of land, more or less.
    (Commonly known as: 159 EMS T-49 Lane, Syracuse, IN 46567.)
    This Summons by publication is specifically directed to the above named Defendants, or their predecessors or successors in interest, and to all persons, associations, partnerships, partners, trustees, assigns, representatives, successors, corporations, or claimants who assert any interest in the above-described real estate.
    In addition to the above named Defendants being served by Summons, there may be other Defendants or parties who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against this Plaintiff on the promissory note and mortgage described in said Complaint, or concerning the above described real estate, you must assert it in a written answer.
    You must answer the Complaint in writing filed with the Court within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, and in the event you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief requested in Plaintiff's

    This Summons by publication is specifically directed to the above named Defendants, or their predecessors or successors in interest, and to all persons, associations, partnerships, partners, trustees, assigns, representatives, successors, corporations, or claimants who assert any interest in the above-described real estate.
    In addition to the above named Defendants being served by Summons, there may be other Defendants or parties who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against this Plaintiff on the promissory note and mortgage described in said Complaint, or concerning the above described real estate, you must assert it in a written answer.
    You must answer the Complaint in writing filed with the Court within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, and in the event you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief requested in Plaintiff's
