SMITH, CENTENNIAL CELLULAR TRI-STATE, COLLINS FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC, COLLIER'S COMMERCIAL SERVICES, AMERICAN ACCEPTANCE COMPANY, Defendants KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT 2009 CALENDAR TERM CAUSE NO. 43C01-0909-MF- 00477 The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned. The nature of the suit is a civil action wherein the plaintiff has filed a Complaint on a Promissory Note and to Foreclose A Mortgage demanding judgment on a promissory note and the foreclosure of a mortgage on the defendant at the property located at 877 N. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580, in Kosciusko County, Indiana which property is more particularly described as follows to-wit: Lot Number 2 in Shull Amended Subdivision Plat; as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 64 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 877 N. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580 This Summons by Publication and Notice is specifically direct to the Defendants, Hale E. Smith and Kelly A. Smith, whose whereabouts are unknown. You must answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 27th day of November, 2009, and in case you fail to do so, Judgment by Default may be entered against you for the relief demanded by the plaintiff in the Complaint.
