Dena Marie Steward and David Joseph Scott were married May 24, 2008, at Richland Wesleyan Church, Mina, S.D., with the Revs. Ron Wickard and Jason Dignan officiating. The bride is the daughter of Daryl and Darla Steward, Northville, S.D.; the groom's parents are Steve and Mary Scott, Warsaw.
Bridesmaids were Chrissy Steward, Burnsville, Minn.; Christina Tripp, Wisconsin; Mary Sue Mowat, Evart, Mich.; and Beth Mahoney, Muncie.
Groomsmen were Jonathan Scott, Indianapolis; Daniel Scott, Warsaw; Dustin Steward, Burnsville, Minn.; and Derek Steward, Spearfish, S.D. Ushers were Joseph Vitiello, Marion; Phillip Deerwester, Philadelphia, Pa.; and Mark Mahoney, Muncie.
A reception was held at Richland Wesleyan Church, Mina.
The bride is a marketing and sales coordinator at Wesleyan Publishing House. She is a 2004 graduate of Northwestern High School and earned a bachelor's degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
The groom is a missionary coordinator and youth pastor. He is a 2003 graduate of Warsaw Community High School and earned two bachelor's degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University.
After a wedding trip to the Wisconsin Dells, the couple reside in Marion.
