Debra Spencer, Mentone, and David Spencer, Iowa, announce the engagement of their daughter, Deanna Lynn Spencer, to Colin David Wilkins. He is the son of Michael and Ginna Wilkins, Fort Wayne.

The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Tippecanoe Valley High School, Akron, and currently is a registered nurse at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School, Fort Wayne. He has a degree in education from Ball State University and currently is a history teacher at Bishop Dwenger High School.
