Power-Week At W. Family Worship
The Warsaw Family Worship Center invites the public to Power-Week Celebration at the future site of the worship center on CR 200N, Warsaw.
Today is Wesley Smith; Friday night is the Youth Explosion with contemporary Christian band “Everyday Sunday”, an ice cream social and cake walk; Saturday features an auction, hog roast, gospel singing and Wesley Smith along with activities for the kids including a bounce house, pony rides and an activity tent; and Sunday Pastor William Whitaker will minister.
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets. A free-will offering will be taken during the services. For details, call 574-267-4674.

VBS At New Beginnings Church
An end of summer party, God’s style, will be Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at New Beginnings Church and World Outreach, 741 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw.
Doors open at 8 a.m. for registration. It will provide lunch, games, dunk tanks, lessons, movies and a whole lot of fun. Join them for a wonderful day of celebrating the end of summer. They are going to celebrate God's love for us and have fun replenishing our faith.
Sunday at 6 p.m., Pastor Rick Pauley from Wabash will bring the message.

Warsaw First Brethren Church, 1318 E. Center, welcomes Matt Niemer at 10 a.m. Sunday as he preaches of “Above All Is Christ.”
Stahly Guest Musician At Patona Bay
The Tippecanoe Lake service at Patona Bay from 8:30 to 9 a.m. Sunday will have Steve Stahly as the guest musician. Steve and his wife Deb are from Syracuse and he is self-employed in the construction business. Also, a Bible study on the book of Acts is held Monday mornings from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Patona Bay park.
‘Lessons From Penn State’ At VCF
NORTH MANCHESTER – The message “Lessons from Penn State” will be shared by Pastor Tim Morbitzer Sunday at 10 a.m. at Victory Christian Fellowship. What important lessons can we learn from the desolation of Penn State University and Coach Joe Paterno? Are there things that apply to our lives? Are the timeless truths of the Bible applicable to circumstances like this?
Also at 6 p.m. it will host a marriage/pre-marriage study – “Experiencing God’s Dream for Your Marriage – 5 Keys to Communication.” Marrieds, singles and youth are invited.

VBS At Syracuse Church Of God
SYRACUSE – The Syracuse Church of God will host this year’s community-wide vacation Bible school Monday through Aug. 3 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. each evening.
All community children, 3 years old through fifth grade are invited to attend.
The church is at 104 E. Washington St., Syracuse.
This year’s theme will be “Sky - Everything Is Possible With God.” Faith and imagination will soar as kids discover that everything is possible with God. Kids will participate in Bible-learning activities and adventures, songs, teamwork-building games and “Sciency-Fun” experiments. They will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called “God Sightings.” Snacks will also be served.
Each evening concludes with a “Fly Away Finale” which is a celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they've learned.
Family members and friends are encouraged to join in the daily finale at 8 p.m.
During VBS, the children will have a special mission project of collecting canned goods for the Syracuse Food Pantry to help needy families in our community.
Children are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early Monday for registration and to ensure everyone is ready to fly at 6 p.m.
