Dan and Sandra Sparks, Milford, will mark their 30th wedding anniversary Sept. 1, 2008. Dan Sparks and Sandra Cleveland were married Sept. 1, 1978, at the home of the bride's parents with the Rev. Robert Wyman officiating.

He worked at a trailer factory, and she works at Turtle Top in New Paris.

The couple have four children: Scott (and spouse Shenie) Cleveland, Witchita Falls, Texas; and Sally (and spouse Bob) Jaurez, Mike Sparks, and Matt (and spouse Chas) Sparks, all of New Paris. They have six grandchildren.

The couple will celebrate the anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 7 at Mount Tabor Fellowship Hall.

County Commissioners Say ‘No’ To Rezoning For Data Center
A data center won’t be coming to the Leesburg area anytime soon. By a 3-0 vote Tuesday, the Kosciusko County Commissioners upheld the Area Plan Commission’s 8-0 recommendation to deny rezoning over 500 acres from agricultural to industrial-3. The property is on the north side of CR 700N, west of CR 300W, in Prairie and Jefferson townships.
