Director Sue Studebaker told the board that someone came onto the property, and while trying to do some sort of stunt on a portable ramp, the person fell.
The board moved to put up trespassing signs and also looked at the options of putting in fencing or videotaping the property.
Those items will be looked at a future meeting.
The board looked over the district’s budget proposal for 2013.
Overall, the budget would see an increase of 2.34 percent.
Educator Shelly Heckert would see a raise of 12 percent to bring her position up to an average of those in the state.
The budget has to be approved by the county council when it does budgets starting next month.
The district is looking at a company to have bins placed at recycling centers for dumping off clothing.
Board member Bob Conley said he was worried that would take away from Goodwill and Salvation Army.
Before approving a trial period of allowing such bins, the board requested for the company, based out of Chicago, to provide additional insurance for their bins being on district land.
Studebaker said that cardboard and paper recycling is up since the county enacted a burn ban.
