Soapbox Derby Program Planned

Remember the days of the Soapbox Derby?  On Oct. 23 at 6:30 p.m., the Kosciusko County Historical Society will present a program at the Warsaw Center Lake Pavilion about the Soapbox Derby.  Films from the early days of the derby in 1939, 41 and 57 will be featured along with participants recalling the event.  The evening will start with a dinner and move into the program along with some entertaining skits.  Cost for the program and dinner is $20 per person.  Reservations must be paid in advance.  Send payment along with name and phone number to Kosciusko Co. Historical Soc., P.O. Box 1071, Warsaw, 46581 by Oct. 20 to reserve your place.  There will also be door prizes and a special gift package drawing. Everyone is welcome.
