Smith Published In National Magazine

The July 2009 issue features Smith's reflections on collecting Fiesta ware in an article titled "A Lifelong Fiesta."
Also this month, Smith has two pieces of art featured in the summer issue of Somerset Studio Gallery magazine. "Marie Under Glass" and "Headless Marie" are mixed media assemblages. A third Marie Antoinette collage sculpture appears in the guest artist gallery for the book "Altered Art Circus," available at Barnes and Noble and other major bookstores.
Smith's artwork also has been featured in other Stampington and Co. magazines, Take Ten (winter 2008-09) and Stampers' Sampler (April-May 2009 and June-July 2009). Another piece of art can be seen in the book "Never Forgotten."[[In-content Ad]]In 2008, Smith's mixed media collage "Let Them Eat Crow" was jury-selected and gallery-hung at Worthington Gallery, Pleasanton, Calif.
Smith moderates several online art groups and is a contributing editor for the Vintage Indie blog at http://vintageindie.typepad.com She also has her own art blog at http://lillysoflondonish.blogspot.com, a second blog devoted to Blythe dolls, Blythe-O-Mania Untamed (http://bly-me.blogspot.com), and she sells her art on Etsy (www.hpsgsmith.etsy.com).
