Ralph and Lori Dotson, Silver Lake, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Simcoe, Silver Lake, to Matt Kubacki, Chicago, Ill. He is the son of Michael and Rebecca Kubacki, Syracuse.

The bride-to-be is a sales representative for Rapp Medical, covering Northern Indiana. She graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2002, and earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Purdue University, West Lafayette, in 2006.

The groom-elect is a strategic integration and marketing coordinator for CNN Networks, Chicago, Ill. He graduated from Wawasee High School, Syracuse, in 2004, and earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Depauw University in 2008.
