Dana Shery and Mike Oberg were married at 11 a.m. Oct. 25, 2008, at Lakeside Chapel, Winona Lake, with Doug Vogel officiating. The bride is the daughter of Gerald and the late Jacquelyn Shery, Warsaw; the groom's parents are Dave and Jean Oberg, Leesburg.

Bridesmaids were Ellen Patterson, Syracuse, and Trisha Wagoner, Claypool, friends of bride. Groomsmen were Braxton Oberg, North Webster, son of the groom, and Gerald Shery, Warsaw, father of bride.

The reception was at Boathouse Restaurant, Winona Lake.

The bride is a full-time nursing student at Bethel College. She is a 2000 Wawasee High School graduate.

The groom is a North Webster EMS, Multi-Township EMS, Critical Care Paramedic. He is a 1989 Warsaw Community High School graduate.

After a 10-day honeymoon in Cozumel, Mexico, the couple reside in Warsaw.
