TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.  43D03-1505-MF-58 wherein Ditech Financial LLC fka Green Tree Servicing LLC was Plaintiff, and  Jennifer J. Jancovich and Thaddeus L. Mitchell, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th  day of June 2016, at the hour of 10:00 A.M.  or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    A tract of land in the South part of the Fractional Northwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 32 North, Range 5 East in Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, which is Fractional, of said Section 30, and running thence South along the centerline of County Road 775 West, South 3 degrees 44 minutes East and South 4 degrees 39 minutes East, 1484.0 feet to a Point of Beginning lying on the centerline of said County Road; thence South 89 degrees 07 minutes West, 230.85 feet; thence South 00 degrees 53 minutes East, 375.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 07 minutes East, 221.60 feet to the centerline of the County Road; thence Northerly along the centerline of the County Road, 375.62 feet to the Point of Beginning. More commonly known as: 2289 S 775 W, Mentone, IN 46539

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
