TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE
AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court #3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1306-MF-0122 wherein U.S. Bank N.A.,in its capacity as Trustee for the registered holders of Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust 2004-HE8, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-HE8 was Plaintiff, and Unknown heirs and devisees of Ada J. Prater, Deceased, Contimortgage Corp., Midland Funding LLC as assignee of Bank of America, Capital Alliance Financial, LLC and Randy Prater, as possible heir to the estate of Ada J. Prater were Defendants requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 24th day of February, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon as thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580 the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    The North part of the East Quarter of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Eight (8), Township Thirty (30) North, Range Six (6) East, more particularly described as follows:
    Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Southeast Quarter and running thence South six hundred thirty-eight (638) feet more or less to a steel post now in place; thence West three hundred twenty (320) feet more or less to the West line of the said East Quarter of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence running North along said West line to the North line of said Southeast Quarter; thence East 320 feet more or less to the place of beginning.
    Commonly known address: 11515 South 200 West, Silver Lake, IN 46982
    Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.

Warsaw Battles Back Down 21-0 To Stun NorthWood 35-21
While Warsaw did not get the start that it wanted facing off against Northern Lakes Conference foe NorthWood Friday night, the Tigers certainly got the finish they were looking for. Down 21-0 early in the contest, Warsaw battled back, scoring the last 35 points of the game to pick up a 35-21 win in Nappanee, the school’s first since 2012.
