(Henz) Strickland, Anthony Wayne Credit Adjusters, Centennial Cellular Tri State dba Centennial Wireless, Chastity R. Rice, Dave Bartley, AKA David Bartley, Martin Financial Management, Inc., Amy R. Smith, Lois E. Delong, and State of Indiana were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of May, 2016, at the hour 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
LOT NUMBER 13 IN HILL TOP ADDITION ON BLOCK 4 OF MYRTLE GLEN PARK, SILVER LAKE, INDIANA. ALSO, THE WEST 6 FEET OF LOT NUMBERED 12 IN HILL TOP ADDITION OF BLOCK 4 OF MYRTLE GLEN PARK, SILVER LAKE, INDIANA.
More commonly known as: 3265 Hilltop Lane, Silverlake, IN 46982

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
