By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1309-MF-000180 wherein LNV Corporation was Plaintiff, and Dawn Mitchell, Community Home Financial Services, Inc. and Warsaw Community School Corporation were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of August, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered 13 and 14 in Homman's Addition to the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana, as shown in Plat Book 3, page 373, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as: 301 N. High St., Silver Lake, Indiana 46982-8956
Parcel No. 43-18-05-300-063.000-014
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
