    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1510-MF-000129 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Joan E. S. Ragan; Charles L. Hively; Beneficial Financial I, Inc., Successor by Merger to Beneficial Indiana Inc.; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of April, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    Lot Number 25 in Lightfoot and Musselman's Addition to the Town, now City of Warsaw, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 8 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    More commonly known as: 515 Lyon Street, Warsaw, IN  46580-3019
State Parcel No.: 43-11-08-100-123.000-032
    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
