By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1410-MF-000127 wherein 1st Source Bank was Plaintiff, and Paul B. Maples; Beth Ann Maples; State of Indiana; Snow & Sauerteig, LLP; Deca Financial Services, LLC as Agent of Emergency Medicine of Indiana P.C.; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of May, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 33 North, Range 5 East, 2nd P.M., Prairie Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which lies on the North section line, 1567.5 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Section 31; and running thence South 0 degrees 28 minutes East, along an existing fence line, 160.23 feet; thence South 89 degrees 57 minutes East, 385.54 feet to the West line of the Plat of Lakeview Park on Hoffman Lake; thence North 0 degrees 30 minutes West, along the West plat line, 159.13 feet to the North section line; thence West along the section line, 385.5 feet to the Point of Beginning, and containing 1.3247 acres, including right of way for County Road 300 North.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
