Summe; Household Finance Corporation III; Main Street Acquisition Corp.; Equable Ascent Financial, LLC; Kosciusko 21st Century Foundation, Inc., F/K/A Kosciusko Community Hospital, Inc.; Citibank, N.A., Successor by Merger to Citibank (South Dakota), N.A.; Midland Funding, LLC; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of June, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered 8 and 9 in Lozier's Lakeview Park, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
