By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1505-MF-000057 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Mary A. Miller, Warsaw Community School Corp., Millers Health System, Springleaf Financial Services and Mutual Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of January, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Number Seventeen (17) in T.K. Warner's Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 249AA, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 302 S Morton St, North Webster, IN 46555-9313
Parcel No. 43-08-10-200-478.000-024
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
