By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1401-MF-000010 wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, by Caliber Home Loans, Inc., f/k/a Vericrest Financial, Inc., as its attorney in fact was Plaintiff, and Shirley A Cantrell (deceased), et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of June, 2016, at the hour of 10 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot number 162, Brookwood Third Addition, near Warsaw, Indiana.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, easements, ect. upon use of said lot as shown on the thereof and as shown in Miscellaneous Record 48, Page 510, Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS, ENCUMBRANCES AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
More commonly known as: 1822 Michaels Street, Warsaw, IN 46580

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
