Brooke Elizabeth Shafer and Jonathan Robert Price were married at 3:30 p.m. June 4, 2011, at Warsaw Community Church by Maurice Grimm.

The bride’s parents are Tammy and Jeff Virgil, Etna Green, and Hal and Zulema Shafer, Tippecanoe. The groom’s parents are Rick and Carol Price, Etna Green, and Linda and Danny Warwzyniak, Plymouth.

Maid of honor was Sarah Kahle, South Bend, sister of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Jeannie Hedstrom and Monica Hoover, both of Mishawaka; Megan Dean, Bloomington; Kassie Soriano, Warsaw; Lena Chapman, Bourbon; and Jessica Ganshorn, Indianapolis.

Flower girl was Mackenzie Kahle, South Bend, niece of the bride.

Best man was Aaron Price, Warsaw, brother of the groom.

Groomsmen were Travis Cooper, Tippecanone; Joe LaChance, Chicago; Blake Harrison, North Manchester; Harlan Yoder and Tim Borsa, both of Bourbon; and Lee Bragg, Etna Green.

Ring bearer was Haydin Rodriquez, Warsaw, nephew of the groom.

Ushers were Mike Kahle, South Bend; Tate Chapman and Chad Kauffman, both of Bourbon; and Dave Poole, Bloomington.  

The reception was at 2517 Ramada Banquet Hall, Warsaw.

The bride works at Warsaw Community Church and at the registrar’s office at Indiana University, South Bend. She graduated from Triton High Schol, Bourbon, in 2008 and is a full-time student at Indiana University, South Bend, majoring in elementary education and expecting to graduate in 2012.

The groom works at the accounting firm Crowe Horwath, South Bend. He graduated from Triton High School, Bourbon, in 2006 and cum laude from Manchester College in 2010, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Following a wedding trip to Pigeon Forge, Tenn., the couple reside in Bremen.[[In-content Ad]]
