Prater, Mentone, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court with Judge Rex Reed presiding to three years probation with 60 days to be served as a term of probation, for theft, a Class D felony. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine, $100 in court costs, a $100 probation user's fee, a $100 initial fee and $254.39 in restitution.
Northrup Sent To Prison
Kyler Lee Northrup recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court with Judge Rex Reed presiding to three years in prison with credit for time served and good time credit of 320 days, for possession of two or more chemical reagents or precursors with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, a Class D felony. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine, a $200 drug interdiction fee. The sentence will run consecutive to another sentence for possession of two or more chemical reagents or precursors with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, a Class D. felony. In that case, Northrup was sentenced to two years in prison with credit for time served and good time credit totaling two days. He also was ordered to pay a $100 fine, a $200 drug interdiction fee and his driver's license was suspended six months.[[In-content Ad]]
