Senior Center to Sponsor Dixie Trip

NORTH WEBSTER – June 25 at 9 p.m., Senior Prime Life Enricment Center will sponsor a trip on the Dixie boat.

Tickets are $7 per person from either Barb at SPEC or Lakeview Restaurant.

Be there approximately at 8:30 p.m. to get ready to board.

At that time, SPEC will give you a Dixie Buck to spend at the concession stand.

Entertainment will be provided by “Sing’n’ Captain Bob Barns.”

Everyone is welcome.

The date of the Tea will be July 28 from 2 to 4 p.m. 

This year’s theme is “Dollies and Tea Pots” with Teresa Klein as entertainment.

She is very knowledgeable in preservation, restoration and valuation of antique dolls.

Tickets are $12 per person and can be purchased by calling Barb at SPEC at 574-834-1600, Ext. 4.

SPEC has tickets for the Aug. 25 Cubs vs. Braves ballgame at Wrigley Field.  Take the coach ride for a fun day at the ballpark. 

Tickets are $65 per person.

Aug. 9, SPEC will host the sixth-annual “Music at the Center.”

This year Doug Bowser has three acts scheduled to perform starting at 6 p.m. after a picnic-type dinner. 

More details will come at a later time but plan on an evening of musical pleasure. [[In-content Ad]]
