Eugene and Arlo Secrist, Bourbon, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary July 17, 1948. The couple were married July 17, 1948, at Trinity United Methodist Church, Plymouth, with the Rev. Ivan Woods officiating.

He is retired from St. Joseph Parkview Hospital, Plymouth, where he was employed as a finance manager. She is retired from Marshall County REMC, where she worked as a bookkeeper.

The couple have four children: Lynn (and spouse Michael) Gross, and Karen (and spouse Rick) Moriarty, all of Warsaw; Debbie Tucker, Etna Green; and Jeff (and spouse Sherri) Secrist, Rochester. They have nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The couple celebrated the anniversary with a family dinner.[[In-content Ad]]
