Jennifer Ann Schlosser and Aaron Martin Sawyer were married May 24, 2009, at Firestone-Boars Chapel, Columbia, Mo., with the Rev. Bryce Atkins officiating. The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Patricia Schlosser, Cape Girardeau, Mo.; the groom's parents are Douglas and Peggy Sawyer, Winona Lake.

Maid of honor was Christy Schlosser, sister of the bride, Overland Park, Kan.

Best man was Andrew Sawyer, brother of the groom, Madison, Wis. Ushers were Derek and Samantha Evans and Matt Miller and Martha Early, all of Columbia, Mo. Ring bearers were Finn and Keller Bailey, nephews of the groom, Warsaw.

A reception was held at Columbia Country Club.

The bride is a graduate student at the University of Missouri where she is completing a doctorate in sociology. She is a 2000 graduate of Central High School, Cape Girardeau, and earned a bachelor's degree from Missouri State in 2004. She received a master's degree from the University of Missouri in 2006.

The groom is a graduate student at the University of Missouri, where he is completing a doctorate in clinical psychology. He is a 1999 graduate of Warsaw Community High School and earned a bachelor's degree from Denison University in 2003. He received a master's degree from Western Washington in 2005.

After a wedding trip to Charleston and Folly Beach, S.C., the couple reside in Columbia.[[In-content Ad]]
