Joe and Myra Sands, Milford, announce the engagement of their daughter, Crystal Sands, Warsaw, to Michael Kreider, Columbia City. He is the son of Glenn and Diane Kreider, Columbia City.

The bride-to-be is a cashier at Kohl’s and an administrative assistant at Sands Office Equipment, both in  Warsaw. She graduated from Lakeland Christian Academy, Winona Lake, in 2005, earned bachelor’s degrees in elementary education and Spanish education from Indiana Wesleyan University in December 2010.

The groom-elect is a cart attendant at Eagle Glenn Golf Course, Columbia City. He graduated from Columbia City High School in 2008, and working toward degrees in youth ministry and world missions at Moody Bible Institute, Chicago, Ill.
