Rose Home Announces Changes

SYRACUSE – The Rose Home North, A women’s recovery home operating under the umbrella organization Rose Home Inc.  of Fort Wayne, announced it has a new board of directors and plans to make major changes at the home.
The Rose Home is a Christian not-for-profit transitional living home for women  recovering from drug and alcohol addictions. Rose Homes are places of hope where women can see the joy of new beginnings and a promise for tomorrow, the announcement states.
The mission of the Rose Home is to provide a structured Christian atmosphere in which a woman with a drug or alcohol addiction can be guided through a holistic approach to recovery. At the Rose Home, an equal emphasis is placed on developing spirituality while working a 12-step recovery program with a sponsor, according to the announcement.
Each woman is supported with a balanced and wholesome approach to recovery, and Rose Home North staff will utilize a team approach to help residents heal, grow and develop in all areas – emotionally, physically, mentally, intellectually and spiritually, the announcement states.
The new board of directors plans to make changes that the announcement says will improve the services at the home, provide trained staff and comprehensive services in a supportive and safe environment. The new board of directors is committed to high-quality, evidence-based services and activities that focus on successful recovery for each woman, the announcement states.
Rose Home Inc., created in 2001 in Fort Wayne, is a 501 (c ) 3 not-for-profit charitable organization that operates the original home in Fort Wayne and provides the organizational nonprofit structure for Rose Home North. The Rose Home North opened in Syracuse in 2006.[[In-content Ad]]
