Roldan Hernandez, 80, Warsaw,  passed away at 3:05 p.m. June 25, 2015, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
He was born Feb. 7, 1935, in Hebbronville, Texas, to Lorenzo and Nieves Aguilar Hernandez. In 1959, in Milford, he married Jane Obolos  who preceded him in death.
He lived in the Milford and Warsaw areas since 1958. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Milford. He worked as a police officer for the City of Milford and also worked as a security guard in Elkhart.
Survivors include: one sister, Gloria Bush, Hebbronville, Texas; his companion, Mary Ceballos, Warsaw; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He also was preceded in death by his son, Roldan Hernandez Jr.; two daughters, Sylvia Rivas and Marie Hernandez; his brother, Lorenzo Jose Hernandez; and two sisters, Elda Molena and Diane Araiza.
Burial is in Milford Cemetery at a later date.
Calling is from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
