He moved to Syracuse in 1990, coming from Texas.
Surviving is a sister, Jane Lozano, Syracuse.
Services are at 6 p.m. Friday in Eastlund Funeral Home. A private burial is planned.
Calling is from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
