Busy Bee 4-H Club members met recently in the home of their leader, Mrs. Thomas Lemon, for a slumber party. They ate pizza and drank soda before they held a dance-a-thon, which the club publicist, Rhonda Brandson, reports "didn't last very long." A total of 18 girls were present for the slumber party and kickball games the following morning.

Martha Louise Pfahler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Pfahler, Route 2, Warsaw, was recently initiated into Phi Mu, one of the oldest social fraternities for women in existence, with chapters on many of the nation's campuses. Announcement of her initiation was made by the Phi Mu Chapter at Purdue University, where she is majoring in home economics.

Warsaw mail carriers must wear their hats both winter and summer, according to an edict issued today by Postmaster O.B. Kilmer. The order is particularly hard on George E. McClellan, who for years in covering his route has not worn a cap or hat. The order was issued after other carriers, with a view of having a little fun at the expense of McClellan, began leaving the post office bareheaded, their hats concealed under their coats until they had gone about a block from the post office.
