Warsaw Police Chief Craig Allebach said the dog is worth at least $6,800. He said, "One sniff might net you the value of the dog several times over."

    Warsaw High's Steve Franklin left the field in his wake as he set out on 100 yards of freestyle in last night's meet with Howe Military. Franklin, who finished sixth in the state last year, covered the distance in 51 seconds flat and he and his teammates had little competition from Howe.
