    American Testing Engineering Consultants of Indianapolis are conducting soil investigating borings on the site of the new $6.5 million Kosciusko Community Hospital northeast of the city. Construction is expected to take about 24 months.

    Staff Sergeant Francis Ladd, of Baton Rouge, La., arrived Thursday in Warsaw to visit with his father, Tom Ladd, of South Buffalo Street, and other Warsaw relatives. He has served the past 18 months in the army's recruiting section in Baton Rouge.
