    Kosciusko County sheriff's matron Deb Robinson and her husband, Ron Robinson, were more than just a little surprised when they learned the stork plans to make another deposit at their home soon - Aug. 26 to be exact. The Robinsons have two daughters now, Missy and Sarah.

    Returned prisoner of war, Capt. Michael T. Burns, enjoys the luxury of complete relaxation today at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John (Jack) Burns, 1702 E. Sheridan St. City officials were not so relaxed as they "sweated out" the weather for the official welcome of Capt. Burns in front of City Hall this evening.

    Officers were ready with their tommy-gun to close in on a "burglar" at the Winona Lake post office at 12:45 o'clock Monday morning when an investigation disclosed that a fluorescent light over the safe was burning out, giving an impression that someone might be working on the safe with an "acetylene torch."

    A 66-foot, 2-deck launch, 16 feet wide, will be built and operated on Lake Manitou this summer by Fred Kinsey of near Rochester. Night dancing on the boat by moonlight will be a feature.
