Craig Doran, Burket, has been awarded a "B" monogram in golf at Butler University for the 1974 season, according to Tom Warner, athletic director. He is a freshman.

Rev. Arnold Culver, pastor of the Palestine Methodist Church, and Mrs. Culver and their daughter, Miriam, were guests of honor at a farewell party given Tuesday evening at the church. A co-operative dinner was served in the dining room. This was followed by a short song service and a talk by Rev. Culver, who is about to take up missionary work.

Ralph Lucas, employed for a number of years at the Collins Ice Cream Co., has become a partner with Ed Collins in the Collins ice cream factory business. The Collins company is the oldest established ice cream business in Warsaw and has the only modern artificial cooling plant in the city. The Collins name has been connected with the ice and ice cream business here for more than 50 years. The late John Collins, father of Ed Collins, was in the ice business with his father here probably 50 years ago.
