    DeWayne Klinger, Warsaw, was recently recognized by Atlantic Inland Carriers for driving five consecutive years without an accident.

Klinger has been a driver with the Indianapolis-based trucking firm since January 1984, and has been associated with the trucking industry in management and as a driver for more than 15 years.

    Pamela Juday has been appointed as the varsity boy's swim coach at Wawasee High School for the coming school year.

When asked if she anticipated any problems in directing a boys swim team, she said, "If I did, I would not have applied. I expect the boys to work as hard for me as they would have for a man. Maybe even a little harder."

    Two Warsaw young people were voted as outstanding students at the state Salvation Army camp near Oaklandon, Ind., last week. The two students were Beverly Bill, 915 E. Garfield St., and Annette Stafford, 911 E. Clark St.

Other students from Warsaw at the camp were Jean Campbell, Judy Cook, Naomi Stafford, Ivan Stafford, Bob Cook and Mabel Masterson.
