Angela Parker, a senior at Stephens College, has been chosen for the position of advertising editor for the 1988 "Stephensophia," the college yearbook. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steven Parker, Rt. 6, Warsaw. Founded in 1833, Stephens College is a four-year, residential women's college with a tradition of progressive education for women.

The Warsaw Rifle and Pistol Club played host Sunday to its first "Snipers' match," as outstanding shooters from South Bend, Osceola, Mishawaka, South Whitley and Marion joined the Warsaw members in taking part in the unusual match. The "Snipers' match" has been used extensively along the east and west coasts, but is new in this vicinity.

Mrs. I.T. Smith, 75, residing at Millersburg, swallowed the lower plate of her false teeth in an attempt to refrain from sneezing. No serious effects have developed.
