    Heather Ann Kenney, 18, 2234 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, will represent Kosciusko County in the Miss Indiana-USA Pageant Dec. 9 and 10 in Great Lakes Center, Valparaiso.

Kenney is the daughter of John Kenney and Kittie Kenney. She is a senior at Warsaw Community High School.

    Two Warsaw youths were honored for their achievements in the contest sponsored by the Upper Room, directed by Jerry Landrum. Winners Don Holland and Peggy Lisenbee received an airplane ride to Fort Wayne from pilot Bill Cook. The contest was held to raise money for new recreation equipment at the local youth center. The second highest fund-raisers were Julie Miller and Jim Lisenbee.

    Joe Moore and Earl Cooper, Syracuse, and Charles Moore, Silver Lake, are deer hunting in Pennsylvania. They are staying with Mr. Moore's cousin, Robert Sippey, at Meadville.

    Ray Strayer, Claypool, insurance representative, has earned a trip to Cleveland at the expense of his company which he will take early in January. He will be gone for a week. The trip is a prize given for volume of insurance sales.
