    Six-year-old Drew Shaefer got some tips from Batman when the caped crusader stopped in Warsaw Thursday at Kline's Department Store. The comic-book idol insisted his real name is Batman, and that Michael Keaton only represented him in the recent hit movie.

    Spec. 4 Steven M. Reed, whose wife, Marta, and daughter, Melissa, reside on Rt. 5, Warsaw, is a laboratory technician testing gasoline content at PoHang Pol Terminal in Korean. All fuel for Korea comes into this port and is tested before being piped as far away as Seoul. Reed has been stationed there the past year.

    Janet Carr, Claypool, won the grand championship and Anita Garman, Claypool, the reserve championship in the county 4-H dress revue, which was staged at the county fair grounds.

Betty Wertenberger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Wertenberger, of Monroe Township, was chosen as junior champion.

    Contract for a new $12,000 addition to the Milford High School to be used as a gymnasium, was to be let this afternoon at Milford. School officials hope to have the gym completed in time for use of the coming basketball season, and possibly for the county tournament.
