    Mrs. Ray Aldrin, formerly Janet Gunter, Warsaw, sang with the North West Indiana Symphony Chorus, who, along with the North West Indiana Symphony, gave a command performance, "An Evening With Cole Porter," at the Holiday Star Theater in Merrillville. Janet is the daughter of Ruth Gunter, Warsaw, and the late Clarence W. Gunter.

    Jerry Patterson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Max Patterson, 221 N. Columbia St., Warsaw, has earned academic distinction on the dean's list with a perfect 5.0 average at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Ill. Patterson is a senior and has prepared for the teaching profession.

    Mrs. Effie Robinson, of Akron, who celebrated her 85th birthday April 15, reports that she still enjoys the Warsaw paper, which she has read since it was published decades ago as The Northern Indianian.

    Rev. Gaddy, evangelist, reports that on Sunday 200 men attended his revival meeting at Burket U.B. church for men only, while 300 were present Sunday evening. Seven conversions for the week past, 15 who have dedicated their life work for Christian work and four additions to the church, are the net results of the revival.
