    Twelve-year-old Jesse Fisher of Pierceton was the top scorer during the recent Super Mario Nintendo Contest held at Video World. Each contestant was given 10 minutes to score as many points as possible. Jesse scored 576,500 points. Presenting him the trophy was Bill Frazier, owner of Video World.

    Cindy Cornish, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M.L. Cornish, 1905 Robin Drive, Warsaw, will represent Alpha Omicron Pi in competition with 22 other Purdue University coeds for the title of Grand Prix Queen to rule over the 50-mile go-kart race to be run at Purdue's West Lafayette campus April 27.

    Virginia Hoppus, student at Ball State College, Muncie, will appear with the college band in a concert to be given there Tuesday evening, and will play a clarinet solo. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Milo Hoppus, of north of Warsaw, will attend the concert. Mr. and Mrs. Hoppus spent Sunday with their daughter, who was initiated into the Alpha Beta sorority.

    Ike Kline, the barber, is now agent for the Warsaw Troy Laundry. Bundles can be left at the barber shop and will be delivered there when finished. Leesburg has never had a laundry and this will be a much appreciated convenience.
