    The interdisciplinary team from Warsaw Community High School finished first in the state in the Ameritech Hoosier Academic Super Bowl.

Warsaw's interdisciplinary team finished first in Class 1, the largest enrollment category. Team members are Heather Byrd, Stephanie Campbell, Jeff Cuila, Betsy Lamp, Gillian Morrison and Beth Wallace.

    Warsaw's Sherry Juday is a member of the Grace College bell choir this spring. Sherri, a freshman at Grace, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Juday, Warsaw.

    Ann Ritchie has been named valedictorian, and Barbara Jamison, salutatorian, of the North Webster High School senior graduating class. Ann is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ritchie, Leesburg. Barbara's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Jamison, of Barbee Lake.

May 5 1932

    Perfect Siamese twin pigs were born two days ago at the Ripley Young farm near Dutchtown, northeast of Warsaw some six miles. The freak pig or pigs, as you may prefer, consisted of two male bodies, two perfect tails and rumps, eight legs, three ears, one perfect head, four shoulders and one body trunk joined together from the naval to shoulders and uniting in one head. The deformed little grunter lived only one night. The mama sow had stepped on the Siamese porker.
