Apparel of Warsaw men this season will rival the plummage of a tropical bird, but the general effect will be pleasant and not gaudy, local retailers said. Browns will be especially good, giving last year’s greens a run for their money. Wider hat brims, tie and collar bars, watch chains, cufflinks and other knicknacks will be massive. Gold jewelry will be more popular than ever. Fingertip length surcoats and jackets are to be wintertime duty this year. Socks, neckties and handkerchiefs reflect the trend toward more color. Even the pajamas are tailored to fit for sleeping comfort, and they fit well enough to work about the house without embarrassment.
