Court security officers at the Kosciusko County Justice Building recently completed a marksmanship course at the Warsaw Rifle & Pistol Club. Gordy Nash and Robert Morrison of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department were presented with certificates noting that they were distinguished experts in the National Rifle Association Marksmanship Qualification Program. The 13-week course included weak hand, strong hand and multiple target practice.

This is a recipe from the Spotlight Contest for Chocolate Eclair Dessert.

1 box graham crackers; (2) 3-3/4 oz. boxes instant French vanilla pudding mix; 3 cups milk; 8 oz. carton frozen whipped topping; 1 tub chocolate ready to spread frosting.

Line bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan with whole graham crackers. Beat pudding mix and milk until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread half of pudding mixture over graham crackers. Place another layer of graham crackers over pudding. Top with remaining pudding; cover with layer of graham crackers and then spread frosting over the crackers. Chill 12-24 hours before serving. Forrest Croop, director of Warsaw High School adult education classes, reports that of the 16 courses offered, dressmaking, typing and speed reading have attracted the most applicants. The adult classes got underway Monday night. A total of 387 persons have enrolled in the 16 classes. Classes will be held on two additional nights.

Mrs. Charles Walker has returned to this city after visiting for several months on the West Coast in Washington and California, and at Oklahoma City.

Mrs. Daisy Coblentz, Warsaw, left for Phoenix, Ariz., where she will spend the winter. She was accompanied by Arthur Coblentz and son Max of Liberty Mills.
